Exhibitor Pricing

  • Small Business (single location and examples) - $350

    • Dentists

    • HVAC services

    • Veterinarian

  • Fashion Truck - $300

    • Fee increased over artisan booth due to additional space needed for truck.

  • Artisan - $225

    • Jewelers

    • Clothiers

    • Home goods

  • Non-Profit - $125

    • 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 organizations

    • city or state entities

  • Premium Exhibitor Booths  - $50

    COMING JUNE 1st, 2026 ~ This year we are in the process of identifying premium vendor booth locations, and are offering those at a cost of $50.00, in addition to the booth fee. The premium booth opportunity is on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a follow-up notification when premium booths go on sale.

Food Vendor Pricing

  • Food Vendor - $500 + 10% of Sales

    • Menu items that would be considered as a main course and side dish options

  • Novelty Food Vendor - $350 + 10% of Sales

    • Side dishes, appetizers or desserts.

    • CLOSED Categories:

      • Coffee

      • Lemonade

  • A $250 deposit is required for all food vendors:

    Your deposit will be applied to the 10% commission of sales reported.

    • If your sales are less than your deposit, the difference will be returned within 7 days, once we have verified sales reports.

    • If your sales are more than your deposit, we will reach out to collect the difference no more than 7 days after the festival.

If we have not received communication from you regarding your sales within 7 days from the date of the festival (September 19, 2026), we will retain your deposit.

Costs for Power:

  • 110v - $100

  • 220v - $150
