Vendor Pricing

  • Small Business (single location) - $325

    • Advertising services such as:

      • Dentists.

      • Orthodontists.

      • Chiropractors.

  • Fashion Truck - $275

    • Fee increased from fashion booth due to additional space needed for truck.

  • Artisan - $200

    • Local, hand-made, or hand-crafted shopping experiences.

  • Non-Profit - $100

    • 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 organizations; city or state entities.Small Business ($TBD): Advertising services such as Dentists, Orthodontists, Chiropractors, etc.

  • Premium Vendor Booths 

    This year we are in the process of identifying premium vendor booth locations, and are offering those at a cost of $50.00, in addition to the booth fee. The premium booth opportunity is on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a follow-up notification when premium booths go on sale.

Food Vendor Pricing

  • Food Vendor - $500 + 10% of Sales

    • Menu items that would be considered as a main course and side dish options.

  • Novelty Food Vendor - $350 + 10% of Sales

    • Side dishes, appetizers or desserts.

    • Items that are consumed on-site, but not a main dish or meal.

        We regret to inform you that we have reached our limit on Ice Cream Food Vendors & Latin Food Vendors, and will no longer be accepting new vendors in this category for the 2025 Festival.

  • Food Truck - $500 + 10% of Sales

    • Menu items that would be considered as a main course and side dish options.

  • Novelty Food Truck - $350 + 10% of Sales

    • Side dishes, appetizers or desserts.

      Items that are consumed on-site, but not a main dish or meal.

    This year we are requiring a $250 deposit for all food vendors:

    • Your deposit will be applied to the 10% commission of sales reported.

      • If your sales are less than your deposit, the difference will be returned within 7 days, once we have verified sales reports.

      • If your sales are more than your deposit, we will reach out to collect the difference no more than 7 days after the festival.

    • If we have not received communication from you regarding your sales within 7 days from the date of the festival (September 20, 2025), we will retain your deposit.

      Additional Costs for Power:

    • 110v - $100

    • 220v - $150
